Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has visited his home state, Adamawa, for the fish time after processes proceeding the 2023 general elections.
On arrival in Yola on Monday, the former Vice President scored the PDP state government high, urging people of the state to support the transformation moves of the state government.
Atiku, received by the state Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, said Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has done exceptionally well.
“The PDP-led administration needs to be commended for its giant strides, particularly in the area of infrastructure, education and health care delivery. I call on the people of Adamawa State to continue to support the administration,” Atiku said.
The state Deputy Governor led state government delegation, comprising commissioners, to welcome the former Vice President.
