Adamawa Speaker Identifies with Windstorm Victims, Asks ADSEMA, NEMA to Intervene

The Speaker Adamawa state House of Assembly Rt Hon Bathiya Wesley has symphatizes with victims of windstorm that affected several communities in Hong local government area.

The Speaker in a press statement by his chief press secretary Hyellamada Bernard expressed concern over several communities rendered homeless.

The statement disclosed that the speaker has already directed officials from Adamawa state emergency management Agency ADSEMA and NEMA to visit the affected communities for on the spot assessments for necessary intervention.

While calling on the victims to take it as an act of God, the speaker prayed God to avert the future occurance.

The communities visited by the assessment team includes Pella, Garari, Wuro Garba, Jabba, Lugga and Mombol.
