Barau Leads Senate Delegation over Death of NSA Ribadu’s Brother

Deputy President of the Senate, Barau Jibrin, Wednesday led a delegation of the Senate to condole with National Security Adviser Malam Nuhu Ribadu over the death of his Brother, Dr. Salihu Ahmadu Ribadu (Arabo), who died on Sunday in Yola.

Senator Barau while at the residence of Nuhu Ribadu urged him and other members of the immediate and extended family to take it as an act of God because the deceased lived an exemplary life.

The Deputy Senate President was with the Senator Representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Aminu Iya Abbas, Sen Amos Yohanna of Adamawa North, Sen Abdulaziz Yar’adua and
Sen Umar Sadiq during the visit.

According to Jibrin, they were at his residence on behalf of the entire senate to pay their condolences to the National Security Adviser over the death of his elder brother.

He pray Almighty Allah to give the NSA, Ribadu’s family and all the people of Adamawa and the country the fortitude to bear the loss.

He prayed that Almighty Allah will forgive the deceased’s shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdausi.

Responding, the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu thanked the delegation for the visit and pray to God to reward them abundantly.
