Thousands Benefit as Rep Ja’afar Empowers Constituents With POS Machines, Cars, Cash

Thousands of people across Mubi South, Mubi North and Maiha local government areas of Adamawa State have benefitted from their representative in the National Assembly, Hon Ja’afar Magaji who gave out fertilizers, POS machines, cars, tricycles, motorcycles and cash.

During the flag-off of the distribution of the items in Mubi, the lawmaker announced that he would give out 8,000 bags of fertilizers, 1,508 POS machines, 307 sewing machines, and 36 Carry-Go tricycles.

He said 120 motorcycles and 20 cars would be handed to workers, community leaders and youths to ease transportation.

“We are giving out cash to our women and youths, ranging from N1 million to N500,000, N200,000; N100,000; and at least N50,000,” he said.

He explained that the times would go to 5,000 beneficiaries in all.

He thanked his people for continuing to support him, and pledges to also keep doing whatever is his capacity to ease life for his people

The National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu who was the special guest of honor on the occasion, said through his representative, Bello Abubakar Malabo, that though insecurity may have remained a challenge, his office had done a lot to curtail it, including taming otherwise highly destructive bandits.

In her own remark, a former Commissioner of Women Affairs in Adamawa State, Hajiya Halima Mohamed Hayatu said women were proud of Hon Magaji because he is a true representative who is always with the people of his constituency and wondering services to them.

The State Commissioner of Police, CP Dakombo Morris said in a message to the event that youths should thrive to be like Hon Ja’afar Magaji by not being lawless but hard working and impactful to themselves and members of their communities
