The Principal Special Assistant to the Governor on Water Resources and Sanitation Hon. Abubakar Isa, has congratulated His Excellency Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for receiving in second time the Nigerian Excellent Award in the Public Service (Infrastructure Development State) Governor of the Year on Saturday in Abuja.
The congratulatory message was contained in a statement issued by his Media Office in Shelleng.
Abubakar Isa who doubles as Marafa Shelleng said he felt highly delighted at the recognition of the tremendous achievements of the Governor, which he said had carved a niche for him as the Best Infrastructure Development Governor in Nigeria.
According to the statement, the PSA view the award as an affirmation of the governor’s commitment to Security, Education, Health, industrial and infrastructural development since his assumption of office in the last five years, adding that, Fintiri repeatedly proved to be a prudent manager of resources.
While congratulating the Government and people of Adamawa State for the National Honor done to the “Fresh Air” Administration also urged them to redouble their support for the overall development of Adamawa and the country at large.
