Deputy Governor Kaletapwa Farauta was among prominent personalities who graced the wedding reception of Joram Gajere and Ruth Forowedei Joan at Mahmud Ribadu Square, Yola, on Saturday
The bride is daughter to the commissioner for Land and Survey, Chief Joab Sahma.
Farauta congratulated Joram Gajere and Ruth Forowedei Joab on their wedding, urging them to abide by the rudiments of good marriage which centers on love, trust, communication, forgiveness, patience and understanding for a happy marital life.
The deputy governor drew their attention to the need to be submissive to each other, and wished their home to be an example for the neighborhood.
“Your home shall be full of peace and God’s blessings,” she prayed.
The deputy governor was earlier at Jireh Suites Jimeta, where she also attended the wedding reception of Meifeme Pagiel Heman and Godiya Audu.
She extended the same message of building their marital home on Christ and the need to accommodate each other’s weaknesses.
She prayed for a fruitful marriage, full of God’s grace and wisdom.
