Adamawa Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta has sworn-in board members, Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement, urging them to discharge their duties without fear or favour.
Speaking at the ceremony held in her office Monday, Farauta urged them to play greater roles in the implementation of government policies, expressing confident that the new board members would live up to expectations.
“You are expected to treat everyone, during discharge of your work without fear or favour.
“On behalf of the Governor and government of Adamawa, we wish you well”.
The deputy governor, , congratulated them for the weldeserved appointments
Responding, the chairperson of the 4-member board, Mrs Martina Abba promised to discharge their duties in accordance with the constitution and public procurement law of the state.
“We would abide by the rules and regulations stated in the constitution” she added .
The oath of office and alligence was administered on the new board members by the Commissioner of Justice Barrister Afraimu Jingi
