The Speaker of the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, GSSRS, on the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the prestigious University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Describing the recognition as well-deserved, the Speaker commended Governor Fintiri for his unwavering moral compass and the remarkable achievements recorded during his six-year tenure as the Chief Executive of the state.
Rt. Hon. Wesley emphasized that Governor Fintiri stands tall among his peers, attributing the honorary degree to the Governor’s exceptional leadership and transformative accomplishments across various sectors of the state.
The Speaker further stated that the 8th Assembly, under his leadership, continues to carry out its legislative duties seamlessly, thanks to the enabling environment provided by the “Fresh Air” administration.
