2025: Hon. Mutawalli Congratulates Citizens on New Year, Calls for Unity Among Ethnic, Religious Groups

Former Minority Leader of 7th Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Muhammad Mutawalli has urged the people of the State to love one another irrespective of their religious, political or tribal differences.

Hon. Mutawalli, who served as member representing Girei constituency from (2015-2019) and (2019-2023) gave the advice in a new year message through his media office in Yola on behalf of his family and teeming supportters.

He felicitated with Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and his Deputy Prof. Kaletapwa G. Farauta, the Speaker, SSG, COS, HOS and other members of the State Executive council and Legislatives arm. 

He also felicitated with the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) at all levels, supporters, teaming youths and other relevant stakeholders on the occasion of 2025 New Year celebration. 

According to the statement, Hon. Mutawalli said the Yuletide season is a period of sober reflection on the diversity of the people so that they may understand and appreciate one another.

He also extend his message to the people of Girei local government, Adamawa Christian community and Nigeria as a whole.

He said in this period, the people of Girei, Adamawa State and the country in general, should embrace peace and love one another, stressing that this is the reason for the season.

While wishing them a prosperous New year, He also sought for unity among the diverse ethnic groups in the state.
