The Principal Special Assistant (PSA) to the Governor on Water Resources and Sanitation Hon. Abubakar Isa has congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri on his victory on a case filed by the Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Dr. Umar Ardo at the Supreme Court
Abubakar Isa, the Marafa Shelleng, in a congratulatory message issued through his Contact and Media Office in Shelleng Wednesday, said the Supreme Court verdict confirms the yearnings of the people of Adamawa State that Fintiri is the preferred leader to reset the state on the path of greatness.
According to him, the resounding victory of Fintiri the “FRESH AIR” Governor has refreshed all and sundry in the state, adding that the outcome would enhance a better governed Adamawa State that everyone will be proud of.
He added that the victory is for the people of Adamawa State who are yearning for good governance which the government of PDP is pursuing and commended the Governorship candidate of the SDP Dr. Umar Ardo for presenting his grievances in a civilise way at courts of competent jurisdiction.
He urged the Party and its flag bearer to accept the ruling in good faith and support the government of Umaru Fintiri, adding that, the interest of the state should be paramount in the heart of all.
Marafa, as Principal Special Assistant in the administration while reaffirming his loyalty to the Governor and the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party PDP in the State, charged members of other political parties to shed their swords and join hands with the government of Ahmadu Fintiri for the betterment of generality of Adamawa people.
He also called on the entire people of Adamawa State and Shelleng in particular to continue to support the administration of Governor Fintiri for the interest of all.
