CBN Network Donates Cars, Cash to Adamawa Citizens

A group popularly known as CBN Network has doled out N100 million support to 15 groups across 21 LGAs for voting Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri into power at the 2024 governorship elections,

Fintiri at the event in Yola over the weekend, reassured of his administration’s readiness to partner groups and individuals willing to bring development to the state.

CBN Network is a support group out to advance the course of the Fintiri-led administration and the empowerment of women, youths and the vulnerable.

While flagging off the distribution of 21 Toyota Starlet cars and cash donation to the beneficiaries as well as N1 million to each local government area for the empowerment of women, youths and the vulnerable, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri said the gesture is in line with government’s empowerment policies.

Represented by his Deputy Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, he thanked the donors for the gesture aimed at appreciating the masses for supporting the administration through CBN Network.

The Governor encouraged the benefitting groups and individuals to make good use of what has been given them to develop themselves and others.

The speaker of the state assembly Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley said CBN Network is a household name in Adamawa considering his contributions to government and empowerment of people, describing the event as life changing.

He said the gesture is complementary to government’s efforts in empowering the citizens and will not rest but continue identifying with groups as well as individuals of goodwill until the standard of living of the people of Adamawa is improved.
