The District Head of Hong, Alhaji Umar Babangida Mahmoud (Khadimul Qur’an) who is also Danmaliki Adamawa has conferred the title of JAGABA HONG on the Speaker, Adamawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley Mava’ama.
A letter personally signed by the District Head of Hong said the conferment of the title is in recognition of humanitarian services by the Speaker across the Hong local government area, Adamawa State and beyond.
“The conferment of the title is a testament to your dedication and commitment to improving the lives of the community and beyond,” the statement said.
Reacting to the conferment, the Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, Hyellamada Bernard, expressed gratitude to the District Head for the honour done to the Speaker, saying Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley Mava’ama will continue to serve the people of Hong local government area, Adamawa State and Nigeria.

The Murum Mbula made the assertion when the Speaker led other Members of the State Assembly on a thank you visit on the Royal Father in his palace in Borrong.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, Hyellamada Bernard reports that members of the state Assembly were at the palace to thank the monarch for the conferment of title of KADA MBULA on the Speaker and the title of NKWARING KESSU MBULA on the member representing Demsa Constituency who is also the majority leader of the House.
The Speaker assured the royal father that they will be loyal and committed to the promotion of Mbula traditional council especially in the area of peace and unity.
