Government House

Deputy governor professor Kaletapwa Farauta has cautioned believers against Covetousness, among other things that can hinder one from being a true servant of God.

The deputy governor drew the attention of the Christian students at the closing of the three days 2025 fellowship of christian students’ national post secondary school leadership retreat titled “Arrows in God’s quiver.

Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, who was the guest preacher, made emphasis on the topic “Hindrances for being arrows in the quiver of God.”

The Deputy Governor highlighted lovers of self, Covetousness, boastfulness, pride, disobedience, unthankfulness, false accusers, lovers of pleasure, promise breakers, and despisers of those who do good, as hindrances for one to abide in Christ and be used to bring people to salvation.

She, therefore, cautioned the participants against such characters for them to do the work of a servant.
