Farauta Asks Contractors To Speed Installation Of CT Scan Machine

has cautioned Ob-Stonia Limited the contractor handling installation of Computerized Tomography CT scan machine at Numan general hospital project to speed up work and ensure timely delivery of work

Speaking during the inspection of the ongoing construction installation Tuesday, Farauta gave the contractor three weeks ultimatum to finish the installation.

She noted that the visit is
to ensure government investment in the health sector is benefited by the people of Numan federation.

“Governmwmt is providing health care services to produce health citizens.

“We are going to ensure, we keep to timely completion of the installation”.

The Commissioner for Health and Human Services, Chief Felix Tangwami made case for the installation of solar, inverter and standby generator to complement electricity supply.

The Principal Medical Officer Dr Rephath Pius expressed commitment to ensure the installation on time, noting that CT scan machine is vital in conducting accurate diagnosis.

The Deputy Governor was conducted round female medical and surgical ward, theatre and pediatric complex.
