Adamawa Gov, Deputy Mourn Death Of Mama Christiana

Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has expressed sadness over the death of Mama Christiana Bulus Kantomon, mother of Assembly lawmaker representing Shelleng constituency Naphtali Bulus Kantomon.

Mama died at 81 after a brief illness.

Governor Fintiri represented by his Deputy, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta visited the family compound in Jimeta and expressed sadness over the passing of the matriarch.

The Governor said Mama will surely be missed especially at a critical time when her wise counsel is needed by the family and indeed the society at large.

While expressing his condolences on behalf of his the government, Governor Fintiri said that the demise of Mama is a great lose not only to the immediate families but, the state at large and urged the families to take solace in God.

The Deputy Governor was accompanied by the Speaker Adamawa State, House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley and Chief of Staff Government House, Yola Dr Edgar Amos Sunday.
