Adamawa Dep Gov Pledges Govt Support For Command Science School Numan

Adamawa state government has pledged to support Command Science Secondary School Numan to thrive, in line with government policies of prioritizing education

Deputy Governor Kaletapwa Farauta made the disclosure Friday when Commandant of the school, Lt Col Musa Garba Abubakar visited her.

Farauta said government has made education its top priority, hence the introduction of free education system for all in the state.

She reaffirmed government’s commitment to improving the lots of teachers and students, saying, “Government would look into the plight of the school and provide it’s support as soon as possible. We would do everything to ensure the school grows.”

In his remark earlier the Commandant of the school appealed for the renovation of the classroom and absorption of teaching and non teaching staff into the state government civil service.

Garba added that the school rates best among command school in the country, where it produced best candidate and two obtained scholarship to study abroad.
