The Senator Representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Aminu Iya Abbas (IYA ADAMAWA) has expressed grief over the death of former Comptroller General of Custom Alhaji Ahmad Aliyu Mustapha (SARDAUNA ADAMAWA) who died in Abuja.
Senator Abbas who doubles as chairman senate committee on Innovation, Science and Technology in statement Thursday through his media office in Yola, said the demise of Alhaji Ahmad Aliyu Mustafa at this time was indeed a great lost.
“My heart goes out to Adamawa State Government, Adamawa Emirate Council, Modibbo Adama Decendant’s, members of his immediate and extended family as we all mourn the departure of an elder statesman”, he said.
The senator prayed that God will grant the soul of the deceased Aljannatul Firdaws and also give the members of his immediate and extended family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
