Sen Abbo Becomes Patron, Northeast New Life for All Gospel Singers

Senator Ishaku Abbo,AKA, Cliff has received double Honour from the North East Christian Gospel singers, otherwise known as Mawakan Sabon Rai Don kowa.

Abbo last weekend received the prestigious award that culminated his nomination as the Patron of the group because of his selfless service, excellent impact and productive contribution to humanity.

The Deeper Life camp ground Yola was filled with beehive of activities as Youths from the Six North Eastern States of Nigeria comprising of Adamawa, Taraba, Bauchi, Gombe, Borno and Yobe during their yearly singing event decorated Senator Ishaku Abbo as their new patron.

Abbo was conferred with so such an honor because of his resilient in pushing the course of humanity, especially the Youth of Northern Nigeria.

The President New Life for All singers, Evangelist JJ Muzong and the founder of the organization, Dr. Markus Isa Tallum and hundred of Youth and Christian leaders Were in attendance and witnessed the investiture of Senator Abbo.

Abbo alongside his wife, Patience other prominent individuals and Hon Paul Samuel, a member House of Adamawa State Assembly accompanied him to the award centre.

“I sincerely wish to appreciate this wonderful group for finding me worthy of this award and fit to be a PATRON.

“Special thanks also to my wives Stacey Ishaku Abbo and Emily Ishaku Abbo for their support and standing by me in this ministry of service to God through service to humanity.” He said

During the occasion, Senator Abbo delivered a sermon on “Why the righteous must participate in politics” while reading from the Bible text of Proverb 29:2

According to him Christian are the salt and the light of the world and God expect them to shine and impact humanity anywhere they go.

He said there is no excuse for Christians should not participate in politics because leadership with good leaders has fallen within the standard of God who is the head of all leaders.

He stressed that when the righteous is in the throne the people rejoice but when the wicked rule it befall humanity.

He urged Christians, especially the Youth to fully participate in politics because it’s the foundation of sound democracy.
