The Member Representing Yola South Constituency in the Adamawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Kabiru Mininyawa, has commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for granting approval for the completion of Sarkin Kano Road Project in Wuro Hausa Area of Yola South.
The lawmaker who is representing Yola South constituency for the third time under the platform of the All Progressives Congress APC, made the commendation while speaking to state assembly correspondents in Yola shortly after the state government announced the approval of the project after Executive Council meeting headed by the Governor Wednesday.
He lamented the deplorable condition of the road which was not being completed for years and expressed optimism that the situation would soon change.
Rt. Hon. Mijinyawa who applauded the Fintiri’s special attention to the construction of roads in both rural and urban area said the gesture will bring people in the benefiting areas closer to the government.
He said, the road projects were a testimony to Gov Fintiri’s passion and determination to ensure even development as according him access road is a key to urban renewal policy.
