The Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon Bathiya Wesley has felicitates with Muslims ummah in the State on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Maulud.
The Speaker in a press statement by his Chief Press Secretary Hyellamada Bernard congratulated the ummah for witnessing yet another moment of joy and sober reflection of days and times of prophet Mohammed peace be upon him.
He urged Muslims to abide by the teachings of Prophet Mohammed through promotion of peace and love to their neighbors.
Rt Hon Bathiya Wesley maintain that such period of joyous moments attract Allah’s blessing hence the need for all Muslims to take advantage of such period and also pray for leaders.
While calling on Muslims to use the celebration to pray for continue peace and unity of the state and the country as a whole, The Speaker reitrates that peace remains the bedrock of development.
