The Chairman Adamawa State Internal Revenue Services Alhaji Hammanadama Njabari has congratulated the people of Adamawa State especially the tax payers on the occasion of 2024 Eid-El-Fitr sallah celebration.
Njabari In a Sallah message made available to Newsmen in Yola on behalf of Management and the entire staff of the AIRS admonished the People of the state to continue exhibiting the habits of tolerance,forgiveness, assisting the needy and maintain peaceful coexistence even after the holy month of Ramadan.
The Chairman specifically congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, his Deputy Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, members of the State Executive Council, Speaker of the House Rt.Hon. Bathiya Wesley, leadership of the 8th Assembly, relevant financial committee members and other members of the Hon. house, SSG Barr. Awwal D. Tukur, CoS GHY, Dr. Edgar Amos, HRH, the Lamido Adamawa Dr. Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Mustapha and members of the Adamawa State council of Emirs and Chiefs on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr Sallah Celebration.
He also called on Muslim faithfuls to use the virtues learned from spiritual month of Ramadan to the larger society so as to promote religious tolerance, understanding and charity for the less privilege in the society.
The Revenue Boss also the medium by calling on the people of the state to support the Fintiri led adminstration in it’s effort to boost revenue generation by paying their taxes to enable Government execute people oriented projects in Adamawa State.
