The Adamawa State House of Assembly has approved the appointment of administrators for the 50 development areas of the state.
The 50 develo0ment areas are a creation of the state government from among the 21 local government areas provided for by the Nigerian constitution.
Those confirmed as administrators during the sitting of the state House of Assembly on Monday include Malena Manasseh for Borrong Development Area, Joshua Magani (Bidoma), Abdulazeez Baba (Gurin), Mahmud A. Mamman (Malabu) and Abubakar Liman (Daware).
The other administrators include Amoris Haziel for Yadim DA, Japhet Yerima (Mayo-Ine), Stephen Emmanuel Jangari (Ganye East), Hammadu Lawan (Vunoklang), Felix S. Gaude (Jera Bakari), Aminu Chubado (Lala), Sunday Dio Pam (Garkida), Yusuf W. Garvwa (Guyuk West), Frama Simon (Guyuk South), Albert Yarda (Guyuk Central), and Abalis Barminas (Kulinyi).
Thd adminstrators also include Kawu Bah (Uba Hildi), Usman Muazu (Gaya/Garaha), Usman Abubakar (Kojoli), Zubairu Hammayaji (Mbulo), Ali Lanara (Koma Vomni), Tilon Kiribus (Gyawana), Relester Gashukada (Waduku Suwa), Emmanuel Gamachi (Madagali North), Anasili Paul (Madagali South), Dauda A. Buba (Belel), Emmanuel Isa Lawal (Pakka/Vokna), and Haruna Hassan (Mbila).
Bitrus Bibika was approved by the House of Assembly for Nassarawa Jereng DA, Ishiyaku Bello for Tola, Musa Yuguda for Ndikong, Sanjo Caleb for Gengle, Saratu Samaila for Michika North, Musa D. J for Michika West, snd Sunday T. Kwada for Michika South.
The list of the new administrtators and their respective development areas also include Ishaya Likita, Fali DA; Filibus Audu, Betso/Mayo Bani; Umar Muhammed Kalawa, Mubi East; Paul Samuel Ndukku, Mubi West; David Makavada Zary, Vulpi; Pius Augustine, Imbru,; Ismaila Hamdala, Kiri; Stephen G. Garba, Dumne; Muhammad Adamu Aliyu, Mboi; Abubakar Dahiru, Zumo; Uziel Godwin, Toungo South; Ahmed Suleiman Jauro, Toungo East, Sarki Gambo, Yola Central and Maxwell Agabus, Yola South.
The confirmation of the new administrators followed the consideration of a letter sent to the House of Assembly by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri and read at the Monday plenary by the Speaker, Bathiya Wesley.
The member representing Maiha constituency and the Deputy Majority Leader, Hon. Ahmed Jingi belel moved for the approval and was seconded by Hon. Haruna Jilantikiri respectively
