Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly Rt Hon Bathiya Wesley has made a cash donation to victims of wind storm in Pella District of Hong local Government and directed for Constitution of a committee that will immediately work on public places like church, mosque and schools.
The speaker disclosed this shortly after visiting the affected places in Pella, noting that he has already mandated ADSEMA and NEMA to assess the damages for necessary assistance to all the affected house holds.
While sympathizing with the victims over the urgly incident, the speaker called on the people to cultivate the habit of three planting in the community.
The Speaker accompanied by Special adviser to the Governor Augustin James, immediate past chairman of the local government Usman Inuwa Wa’aganda and were taken round by the district head of Pella and Dan kade Adamawa Alhaji Sale Mamman Daksiri.
