Adamawa Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta accompanied by other government officials has commiserated with the chairman, Lamurde local government area Bulus Daniel over the passing of his wife, Glory.
Farauta prayed God to comfort the bereaved family and grant the deceased eternal rest.
Professor Kaletapwa Farauta who was at the residence of the bereaved Chairman in Gyawana community of Lamurde local government, registered her sympathy to the family and the entire community, reminding them that death is inevitable.
According to her, though painful, but the family should be strong and look onto God for comfort.
She reminded them that God is the giver and taker of life, praying her spirit to rest at His bossom.
The deceased according to her has been a devoted and pillar of strength for the family and beyond, noting that the void her death has created is unquantifiable.
The deputy governor also identified with the mother to the chairman and his mother inlaw among other relatives during their moment of grief.
She encouraged them to keep hope alive and see what has happened as an act of God.
Glory Bulus Daniel died on Tuesday 6th January, 2026 at the age of 48, following a brief illness.
Her funeral service and interment is scheduled for Saturday 17th January, 2026, in Gyawana, Lamurde local government area.
