Adamawa Dep Gov, At Brother’s Wedding, Urges Patience for Peaceful Marriage

Adamawa State Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta has wished her newly wedded brother, Bandavi Jehaziel Kangare and his new wife, Aunty Sanda Giwa long life and prosperity in their matrimonial home.

Addressing newsmen shortly after the wedding solemnization held at Alheri church lower luggere jimeta on Sunday, Farauta urged the couple to live in patience with one another.

She emphasised that, the couple should leverage on their different backgrounds for peace and harmony.

The deputy governor, who offered prayers for the couple, equally thanked guests who came from far and near to grace the event, even as she wished them journey mercies to their destinations.

Earlier, Rev Benny Varrato urged the couples to preserve love in their marriages by leaving in peace.

Varrato enumerated quick forgiveness, verbal affirmation of love, transparency, and seeking counsel when needed, to be guiding principles for the couples at all times.

He further advised them to resolve disputes in accordance with the teaching of Jesus Christ.

He added that preparing for the realities of marriage, needs prayers, stressing that knowledge and godly wisdom remain vital tools for building strong homes.

The couples in their separate interview, promised to be guided by the holy spirit in tackling their marital home.
