Adamawa Dep Gov, At Brother’s Wedding, Preaches Marital Love

Adamawa State Deputy Governor, Professor Kaletapwa George Farauta, says she is excited as her younger brother Bebura’ama wed his heartthrob, Evelyn in Numan Saturday.

Farauta who said she is happy and excited over the wedding, urged the new couples to be patient with one another and everybody as they open a new chapter in life.

“I am happy and excited for the couple, because the groom is the last born of my family. We are happy for him. We wish him all the best with his family,” she said

She advised the groom in particular to be patient with the wife, the in-laws, neighbours and everybody around him.

“He has to know, he is now a man, no longer a boy,” she said.

She thanked the dignitaries for finding time to rejoice with the family

Captains of Industries, Commissioners, Clergymen and other dignitaries graced the wedding which took place at the Praise Church behind old park, Numan which drew ministers of God from across the country

Rev Habila Daniel who centred his preaching from Genesis 2:18 stated, “The LORD God said, ‘It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”

Daniel stressed that the union highlights God’s determination to create the couples as companions who would be suitable and complementary for each other for ever.

He prayed for the prosperity of the marriage, asserting that, “what God has joined together, let no one put asunder”.

Chairman of the occasion and Commissioner of Land and Survey, Chief Joab Sahma prayed the couple to live an examplary home
